You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and platform rules where you operate a server or community.

This website is not affiliated with or endorsed by Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar Games, Rockstar North, or other rights holders. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. MAKCODE provides original scripts for educational and entertainment purposes within community modding ecosystems.
Purchases & checkout
Checkout, payment processing, product fulfilment, billing support, and refunds for purchases made through this site may be handled by Tebex Limited or its partners, as disclosed during checkout. When you complete a purchase, you also accept Tebex's applicable terms and policies. Licence keys, downloads, and support channels may be delivered according to Tebex and MAKCODE workflows described at purchase. Our Refund policy explains eligibility and how to request help before disputing a charge.
Licence to Products
Unless a Product listing states otherwise, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product on the scope described in the listing or accompanying documentation (e.g. per server or per organisation). Redistribution, resale, or public leakage of source or assets is prohibited unless expressly permitted.

Products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every framework version or third-party resource. Support response times may vary.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAKCODE and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or Products. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim, where applicable.
